Return Policy
DA Royal Boutique does not accept returns on decals and digital files.
DA ROYAL BOUTIQUE does not accept returns on any decals, digital products, or custom orders. DA ROYAL BOUTIQUE items can be returned but we must be contacted within seven (7) days of delivery. If you receive your item(s)and you have any issues, please contact us immediately through our site or Facebook and we will happily help in any way we can. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs(this amount will be subtract from your refund total). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is then responsible for any loss in value. No Refunds of any type full or partial will be issued until received and verified.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Da Royal Boutique LLC for further assistance. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Policy
All orders will ship Monday through Friday. Orders will ship within 4-6 weeks via one the following couriers: USPS or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and its missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business day that something is missing. Please message us with your name, order number and email and tell us what is missing. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issues you a store credit. Items that are re-shipped will ship by DA ROYAL BOUTIQUE courier of choosing. ​Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Currently we offer U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
